Pieter De Buysser °1972, lives and works in Brussels.

Pieter writes fiction and non-fiction, theatrical poems in a provisional act and an already gone act, a critique of the touched reason, a workbench for constructing an anti-tragedy, a dramatico-poetico-politicological nursery rhyme, a guideline on how to shave an eye in 9 chapters, essays, slapstick emergency maps, drama, post-drama, sunny disasters and some other genres.
His writings for performance, theater and film have led him to initiate and direct projects for film and theater.

Hans Op de Beeck ° 1969, lives and works in Brussels

Visual artist Hans Op de Beeck has developed his career through international exhibitions over the past ten years. His work consists of sculptures, installations, video work, photography, animated films, drawings, paintings and writing (short stories). It is his quest for the most effective way of presenting the concrete contents of each work that determines the medium that the artist ultimately selects. The scale can vary from the size of a small watercolour to a large, three-dimensional installation of 300m2. The artist not only uses a very wide variety of media, but also deliberately employs a diversity of aesthetic forms, ranging from an economical, minimalist visual language to overloaded, exaggerated designs, always with the aim of articulating the content of the work as precisely as possible.

His latest solo exhibitions in 2011:
- Hans Op de Beeck: Sea of Tranquillity, ARGOS, Brussels (BE); Kunstmuseum, Thun (CH); Centro de Arte, Burgos (ES)
- Hans Op de Beeck: Staging Silence, Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Museum, Washington
His latest group exhibitions:
- One of a Thousand Ways to Defeat Entropy, La Biennale di Venezia - Arsenale Novissimo, Venice
- Time and Place, Kunsthalle Detroit, Detroit (US)
